Conservatory:

build the first fence with the fence tool from the left to the right

at the point where you stopped start to make 1 diagonal fence. Again - from the left to the right

close the round counter clockwise

make a wall inside

go up one level and place your invisible floor (you can get one at MTS2)

and the boundary.

Finally you can either delete the wall or use my invisible windows.
